ADHD

We are aware that patients who have been referred for an ADHD assessment in the past 2-3 years will have recently received a letter from NHS Highland informing them if they will be offered an assessment or not. This decision is based on criteria set by NHS Highland in an effort to ensure that the limited number of available appointments are offered to patients most at need. We realise you may be disappointed with the decision. If your symptoms have not changed since the time of referral, we would encourage you to explore the well evidenced self-help resources included in the letter, which are also available via the web link below. If your symptoms have changed or worsened since you were referred, please make a GP appointment.
