For appointment requests please telephone 01479 810258. There are no personal lists, and patients are free to see the doctor of their choice, just ask the receptionist when you call.
We aim to offer our patients access to a member of the Primary Care Team within 2 working days (not including weekends) and an appointment with a named doctor within 5 working days (not including weekends).
To book an appointment please call us between 8.30am and 5pm, outwith these times we try to keep the lines clear for emergencies.
GP Telephone Advice
Between 09:00 – 09:30 and 14:00 – 14:30 every day, we offer telephone advice from our duty doctor. This is useful if for example you just want some advice about a condition or medication. Please be aware that at peak times our duty doctor can be extremely busy (especially if an unexpected emergency occurs). We will always try and keep you informed of any delays but the nature of the job is such that this can be difficult to predict at times.
08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
- We have a doctor on call for emergencies between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Genuine emergencies such as heart attacks, road traffic accidents etc. will always take priority so please bear with us if the duty doctor is tied up at an emergency.
